GreyhoundNews will be making its "Lone Star State Labor Day Weekend" Road Trip September 2, 3 and 4 visiting Gulf Greyhound Park (9/2 evening), UCLA Bruins vs. Houston Cougars ( 9/3) and Milwaukee Brewers vs. Houston Astros (9/4).
During the trip, we will be posting track updates, race selections, scores and game picks from myself and "Post Time Perry", video and photos from a sports filled weekend in the great state of Texas via Twitter (http://www.Twitter.com/GreyhoundNews). Our first stop, Gulf Greyhound Park in La Marque offers year round live racing and has attracted over 10 million fans since opening in 1992. Destination #2 will be Houston to see "Post Time Perry's" nephew Kip Smith and the UCLA Bruins take on the Houston Cougars in NCAA Football action at Robertson Stadium. This will be the season opener for both teams kicking off at 2:30pm(CT). We will conclude our trip Sunday at Minute Maid Park to see Prince Fielder and the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Houston Astros at 1:05pm(CT).
